The Ten of Swords shows a body apparently run through by ten swords. The body is lying face down, half covered by a red cloak. The sky is black and the stretch of water near the body is dark, although lit yellow at the shoreline.
Although the Ten of Swords looks like a very violent card it does not indicate anything extreme. When this card turns up in a reading it is telling the querent that things are not going to get any worse. Whatever the problem is it should soon resolve itself and in any event maybe it wasn’t such a terrible problem anyway.
Summary: Things can only get better.
