The Three of Wands in The Minor Arcana
The Three of Wands depicts a cloaked man standing on the edge of a cliff. He is staring at ships sailing across a sea. Beyond the water there are mountains.
We cannot see the man's face. He holds a wand in his right hand and the other two wands stand behind him. All three wands are fixed in the ground. As with other cards in this suit all the wands are sprouting leaves.
The Three of Wands is a card of great calm and reflection. When you see this card take it as a sign that you need to stand back and assess your present situation calmly.
The watcher on the cliff could be the querent competently guiding his own affairs or the watcher could represent the strength of cooperation in matters in business. This strength is implicit in this card and the querent can call on it for help.
Summary: Look at the big picture.
